feditest create-testplan

This command takes a Test Plan Session Template JSON file, such as one generated by feditest create-session-template, and one or more JSON files containing Constellations, to produce a Test Plan that runs the tests from Test Plan Session Template once for each specified Constellation.

Alternate invocations are available that shortcut some previous steps, such as creating the Test Plan directly from discovered tests and Node definitions.
